We offer standard free shipping for orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to international locations, including Canada and to locations outside of the contiguous United States, including Alaska & Hawaii.

We typically ship products approximately within 3-7 business days from when you place your order. Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. Delivery schedules may be affected by external factors such as weather or transportation disruptions.

Shipping Delays

Limitations

Warranty support and returns/ replacements is limited to purchases made by Honeywell Air Comfort product authorized sellers and only if the product is purchased new. Refurbished and/or open-boxed products are not included.

US warranty service is provided by our service team for product that is purchased in the contiguous USA. If the product is taken outside of the USA, warranty service may be voided or charges may be incurred for product shipping and other warranty services.
