Exchange/Return Policy:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know within 7 days and ship back items within 14 days after receiving the item and we will give you the return address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
‣Returns will incur a 10% cancellation fee for any materials that have been used or ordered shipping costs, handling, listing and Etsy transactions expenses.

Maintain your jewelry?s shine by avoiding contact with agents such as soaps, perfume, lotion, makeup, hair & cleaning products, etc. Always wear your rubber or metal safety backs with your earrings to prevent loss.
