If you feel that things have not gone this way then please get in touch and we WILL make it right for you.
We allow returns of our standard items within 30 days of delivery to you.
If an item is faulty or not as described then we will accept the return and also pay for the postage costs. If you have changed your mind (don't worry we all do!), you can send your item back but we ask that you do so using a secure service. 
We will refund you the cost of the item excluding the delivery cost as soon as we receive the item back in its original condition.
When sending an item back to us, please include your full name and address and contact us prior to returning the item.
