The item is in pre-owned condition only because it is not in its original packaging and does not have any tags, but it does look like it's never been used and is super clean inside and out with no signs of use. It is creased but not torn or brittle. No sunfading either all of the colors are bright and beautiful. As shown in the pictures provided.
