THE BORING BASICS:

1.  Pay attention to the many shipping options you have at checkout. 
Choose a shipping method based on your personal needs, we offer options for this reason.

2.    Make sure that your shipping address is correct.

3.  Please ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SHOPPING ON YOUR SMARTPHONE read the item description.
Not only will it clarify what you are purchasing, it will likely also answer any questions you have.
eBay hides the description on the app so you have to click to expand it. 

4.    If you have ANY questions, please ask before you purchase.

5.    Please purchase only if you are happy with the price and product as shown.

6.    Please open your package when it arrives and inspect the contents (not a month later).
Report all shipping damage immediately.
Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging to expedite communications.

7.    We may change the shipping carrier chosen if that will get the item to you FASTER.
Fedex picks up 2 hours earlier than UPS.
Fedex delivers some packages on Saturday and Sunday. UPS delivers some packages on Saturday.
Mail is often the least reliable shipping method. If we change the shipping method it is only to benefit the customer.

8.  International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.

NEED TO CONTACT US?

Please send a message through eBay. We do check in multiple times a day on weekdays and at least once on weekends. Often if you don’t get an immediate answer, it is because I need to consult with someone else to get the correct answer.

NEED TO CANCEL?

Please use the eBay system to request to cancel. We receive dozens of messages each day, so using eBay to notify us that you would like to cancel is the best way to do so.  On the My eBay menu, click PURCHASES. Locate the order you would like to cancel. On the right-hand side of the order info is a box “MORE ACTIONS” click to see that menu and then click REQUEST TO CANCEL.  If this does not work for you it is likely because your order is already in process, in which case you will need to send us a message to see if a cancel is still possible.  

Refusing delivery is not the same as cancelling and will incur shipping charges.  Please double check that you are purchasing the correct item, and that you need the item for your car to save us both time.  We understand errors do occur. We almost always have multiple quantities of each item ready to go.

SHIPMENT PROBLEM?

If it seems like your item is taking a long time to arrive, please use the tracking provided.
If that does not answer your question, please message us.

If you received a damaged item, please immediately report it to us and include photos of the item clearly showing the damage and of the shipping box. Please only report damages that were incurred prior to your receipt of the item.  We do carefully pack our items and have experience with what works. Obviously not everything is in our control. 

We will try our best to help you out if you have dropped an item or damaged it during installation or in any way on your end.
