This book is a classic of cryptid lore with the story of Wisconsin’s famous Hodag. Also included are various logging tales that were borne in the Northwoods during long winters in the 1800s.

This is a good copy of the 1st Edition of 1928. The copy shows some signs of shelfwear. The binding is separating in the middle of the book as shown - though the binding overall is very good and still readable.
