Description: It is an original vintage Star Chart from A New Popular Star Atlas (Epoch 1950), by Gall & Inglis, Edingburgh & London, 1961. It is not mounted, matted nor framed, being sold as a single loose map shown in the main pic, not a modern reproduction. There is related text on reverse. Overall a very nice chart showing stars visible to the naked eye of Magnitude 5 or greater.
Size: The image area between the neat lines measures approximately 8 by 14 inches (20x36cm) on a 9 1/2 by 14 1/2 inch page (24x37cm).
Condition: The map is in Excellent condition, related text on reverse, strong deep royal blue background. There is very minor wear on the edge and corners, hardly worth mentioning, otherwise it is very clean and well preserved, see the pics from more.
