Measures 4" tall by 3 7/8" wide.

Fitter is in the shape of a plus sign and measures 1 3/8" across.

Very good condition.  Attracts a magnet, so I'm wondering if it's cast iron with gold gilding on top of it.  I am not an expert on this, so it is my best guess.  Very nice even finish.  Slightly rubbed on the back.
