Martin / LX-1RE [S/N 407966]

Little Martin, a mini acoustic guitar with a single-plate top and pickup!
As an acoustic brand, Martin has focused on forest protection activities.
In 1989, we completed an epoch-making model using compressed plywood material called "High Pressure Laminate (HPL)".
This model is a mini-sized acoustic guitar!

Made in Mexico
All satin finish.
For the body, the TOP is made of veneer Sitka spruce, and the SIDE/BACK uses a high-pressure laminated rosewood pattern.
Although it is a mini acoustic guitar, it uses solid X bracing.
The area around the sound hole is engraved with a herringbone-patterned rosette, the fingerboard is inlaid with a diamond and square pattern, and a tortoiseshell-patterned pickguard is installed, giving it a more traditional Martin feel.
The NECK material uses birch with a laminate structure. The scale is 23 inches short scale.
Equipped with Fishman Sonitone pickup! Volume/Tone control is possible at the sound hole edge.
Convenient to carry, this model is perfect for playing outdoors or at home!

*You can play with the same regular tuning as usual.
