Cavallini Posters arrive unframed. They are 50x70 cm (20 x 28 in.) and will be rolled (no creases) and delivered in a mailing tube.
We offer a default flat rate shipping cost to all orders within Australia. We provide standard delivery via our partnered couriers or with Australia Post. In some cases we are unable deliver to PO Boxes and will require a street address. International Shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be presented after sale has occured. Shipping prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
The Artisan Gift Co. is committed to a high quality service and will replace your artwork if a print arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website. Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, with photographs of the damage sent via email. Items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty. We do not provide refunds for change of mind purchases. We advise you to retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item.
