This is a very unique Biwa Pearl necklace using a Stick Pearl as a pendant.  These are twin pearls, formed when two stick pearls bond together into one.  The luster on the pearl is beautiful and very colorful.  This pearl is natural and untreated.  Both sides are equally beautiful and can be worn either way. There are 11 freshwater pearls wire wrapped into the chain to accent the pendant.  There were Sterling Silver Pressed beads set into stations along the chain, to add texture and flash to the chain, making it unique and one of a kind.  

The Stick Pearl pendant is 1 1/8" long and 1/2" wide, just under 1/4" thick.  The total length of the pendant with the bail is just under 1 1/2".
