Missing Parcels: Once your item is posted by me it is up to the Royal Mail to deliver it to you. Should your item not be received, please let me know. Depending on the value I may send it by recorded delivery so check the postage type please before you bid or pay. If you would like me to send your item by recorded delivery, and this has not been specified, please let me know and I will add 75p to the postage costs. If I have specified Recorded and you want it removed I will take the 75p off, but in these circumstances I can not take any responsibility for non-delivery I'm afraid! In the event of a claim of non receipt of item/s I will do all I can to assist in the tracking of the item. I will always inform you when I have dispatched your item and if it has not arrived within a week, then please contact me as the longer you leave it the less chance there is to track it. If you do have any problem, please contact me by ebay message in the first instance and I will endeavour to resolve amicably. I am very much into the environment and sustainability and will use recycled bags/boxes etc. where I can.
