This superfood formula is meant to replace most of your typical bottles of synthetic vitamins and minerals. Additionally, this formula balances the Vata Dosha which is generally dry, depleted, and cold by nature. To balance these qualities the formula is very building and strengthened with the premier Ayurvedic tonic herbs Ashwagandha and the highly nutritional formula Dashamool (ten roots).
This formula has real superfoods like spirulina, chlorella, and wheatgrass powder which cover a wide spectrum of nutrients that are needed by the body.
