Payment by PayPal - PayPal is our preferred method of payments it's the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for your goods or services online. PayPal offers buyer and seller protection should there be a problem.

If you do not have a PayPal account, to get started and buy your first item with us is very easy. Simply click on the 'Buy It Now' button and follow the eBay checkout steps. Select PayPal as the payment method you then will be given the chance to enter your card details in to PayPal's secure checkout in order to pay for your order. Once the payment has been made, you will then be given the opportunity to make your own PayPal account to make paying for your items in the future very easy.

Payment by debit/credit card - To make payment by debit/credit card, please email us to notify us that you wish to to do so and we will send you a PayPal money request that can be paid by card without having a PayPal account.

Payment by E-Cheque - We do accept payment via PayPal E-Cheque, but please be advised that we do not ship any items until payment has cleared. In the case of E-Cheques, this can add up to 14 days to the dispatch time.

Payment by Cheque - We do accept payment via cheque, but again, please be advised that we do not ship any items until payment has cleared. This can add up to 8 days to the dispatch time.

We do our best to dispatch all t-shirt, hoodie and bag orders as quickly as possible (often the same/next day), but as we print all garments to order, this can take up to 2 working days in  peak periods, so this is the estimate we give for the dispatch of all items to avoid disapointment.

Our cut off time (Monday to Friday) is 12pm. This means that for any orders placed after 12pm, the first working day is the next working day. We are not open at weekends, so this means if you place an order at 12:01pm on Friday, we will aim to ship your item by Tuesday (the second working day), but as stated before, items are usually shipped sooner.

Please also be aware that nationwide stock shortages can very rarely cause delays, but we will try to notify you ASAP if a shortage is likely to delay the shipment of your order. Please be assured, these delays are very rare.

Our feedback stars and marks for "on time" deliveries are very important to us. If your item is marked as dispatched on time, please kindly refrain from leaving us lower scores due to postal service delays, this is something entirely out of our control I'm afraid. 

UK Shipping - All UK parcels under 1KG  are shipped via Royal Mail. Any parcels over 1KG will be sent by DPD, UPS, Interlink or TNT.

Worldwide Shipping - We ship items to most worldwide addresses via Royal Mail or international courier.

Dispatch times - We ship within two business days of cleared payment, usually sooner.

UK Delivery times -  UK items are usually delivered within 2 working days of the item being dispatched (usually within 1 day). However Royal Mail do sometimes experience slight delays.  If you think your item should have arrived by now, please check at your local sorting office to see if your item is being held there before contacting us.

European Delivery times -  Items are usually delivered within 7 working days of the item being dispatched. However both Royal Mail and customs services do sometimes experience delays.  If you think your item should have arrived by now, please check at your local sorting office first to see if your item is being held there before contacting us.

Worldwide Delivery times -  Items are usually delivered within 14 working days of the item being dispatched. However both Royal Mail and customs services do sometimes experience delays and this can take up to 30 working days.  If you think your item should have arrived by now, please check at your local sorting office first to see if your item is being held there before contacting us.

Returns - In the unlikely event that you would  like to return your item, we allow returns that are processed within the defined return date (the return date is to be found in the return policy/shipping and handling section) Please contact us for a return authorization and the return shipping address.

Please note - You must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning your item.

Return postage - We advise you to use a reputable carrier service when returning your goods and that you please pack all returns appropriately. We will of course refund any standard shipping fees for faulty items that are returned to us.

Feedback - Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help. We ask that you please not leave negative or neutral feedback before we have the opportunity to resolve your problem.

We do not stock kids T-shirts, but we will happily order one in for you (Please note, this will add 1-2 days to dispatch). To place your order in a children's size, please go to the listing you would like to purchase, then:

1. Select size "SMALL", Gender "MENS" and "OTHER" as Print colour (we will not send this size, when "Other" is selected, we always refer to notes/messages for details)  

2. Click "Buy it now" and make payment.

Do you offer discounts or free items for charity raffles etc or discounted/free items for events that bear your advertising?

No, I'm afraid not. We hear from so many charities/good causes that it is simply not possible to help them all, so we have choosen to donate to good causes of our choice on a monthly basis instead (we are not taking on any other donations at this time, so please do not request this. Thank you).
