A clean bottle with only a ring of old content residue in shoulder. This bottle probably contained a medicine called Hurlburt's Tracheal Drops, which was advertised in the Nov.9,1863 New York Times as "The Homeopathic Specific Remedy for Cough and Croup...etc...C.T.Hurlburt Proprietor 437 Broome St. ...price 25 cents per bottle"...Charles T.Hurlburt opened his homeopathic pharmacy at 437 Broome St in Manhattan in 1852....
