Here's a promo compilation from Metal Blade Records. It's the 2006 Summer Sampler, featuring 19 tracks of mostly punishing metal.

The CD is in VG+ condition: there's some light surface wear, but nothing that affects playback. Sound is, well, punishing, as one would expect. It comes in the original cardboard sleeve, which is also in VG+ condition, showing just some minor shelf wear.

There are no liner notes or interior sleeves.
