Description of item for sale:

This pair of Corinthian column tops dates to the early 1900’s.  They were originally decorations on a French mantel.  They are highly carved out of oak and at some point were painted gold.  They are in good condition with the usual amount of nicks and scratches from their 100+ years of existence.  Note that there are missing pieces in both and some large cracks (see photos).  Dimensions for each: 7" wide, 5" tall, and 6.75" deep.  (1127)
