All items are shipped from our UK warehouse in Staffordshire

Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 2 pm or the following working day. Weekend orders are dispatched on Monday

DPD next working day delivery is our default carrier, working days being Monday to Friday, increasingly DPD are using weekend days as a working day though this is not guaranteed, we offer Royal Mail delivery as paid alternative delivery, again this is a next working day service not guaranteed to provide a weekend day delivery.

Under the contract we have with DPD they will provide next day delivery to UK mainland only, addresses north of Aberdeen in Scotland and UK islands and Northern Ireland are not included. If you order to these locations we default your delivery method to Royal mail special delivery.

All items are dispatched fully insured by us.

All payments are processed through eBay meaning you can pay using PayPal and credit / debit cards and any associated credit schemes, we also offer cash on collection where there is an option to collect your item from our warehouse.

30 day refunds and Warranty

We offer 30 days free returns on all items in line with eBay`s trade selling requirements as standard. If you would like to return an item please send us a message through eBay for return instructions, we may at your discretion and subject to stock be able to offer you a replacement device as an alternative to a refund.

If you are returning an item, please ensure all your accounts (Google or iCloud) passwords and personal data is removed before returning or we will be unable to process your refund unless this is carried out.

For change of mind returns for refund please ensure the device is in the exact same condition it was received in, with all original packaging and accessories.

We issue a 90 day warranty with all items sold on eBay 

We issue a 1 year warranty with all items sold under eBay`s refurbished programme

Some items are sold with their manufacturers warranty if stated in the listing

The warranty covers the device against failure through no fault of the user, please note accidental damage for example impact or liquid damage is not covered.

We will refund your carriage fee should your item fail with in the first 90 days, after 90 days we ask that you fund carriage fee to return the item and ensure the item is correctly packaged for safe transit.
Upon receipt of your item we will provide a Free Of Charge repair including any mechanical parts, if in the unlikely event the unit is beyond economical repair we will provide a like for like replacement.
Upon completion of your warranty repair, we will return your item via DPD or Royal mail free of charge and message you with the tracking number
