In good preowned condition.  

Made of green metal with black and yellow plastic wheels.

It does have a few rust areas and one side has some scuff marks on green paint. Rust is by the top edges and by the opening to the dumping area and a few spots on the trailer hook. A little paint missing by the screws inside the wagon.

The front wheels are moveable with the trailer hook.
