A Vintage Westmoreland Plate (Stand Not Included).

Very good pre-owned condition. A round, black floral lattice plate with a girl on a tree swing and her dog at her feet painted in greys and whites. It is signed L. [Louise] Plues 1977. It is approximately 8-1/2" x 1". The back is marked. No chips, cracks or stains.
