Cases were cracked, they were aluminum welded for repair. Cases need to be ground, filed, and/or resurfaced.

Damage as seen in photos. Images 6 and 7 are the two right side crank case damage spots. Images 8 and 9 are of the same spot weld on the left side crank case.
