our seaweed?s the traditional way; however, we have improved significantly
on the older style, sun drying technique. Our process is superior and delivers a highly
nutritious product every time.

? POLLUTION FREE MARINE ENVIRONMENT ?
The ecological grade of the marine eco systems of the Aran Islands and Connemara coastline receives the highest mark available; the marine environment grading is set by the European Water Framework Directive (WFD). A high grade essentially means there is no pollution evident in the waters or signs of human stress present in the marine environment. This ensures that the water where we harvest our seaweed is exceptional.
