Here is a ( never used )   NOS  GM  fan blade  P/N 3770529.   17 1/8 " dia.   This number lists for 1960-67 Corvettes  but Not for AC cars  or big blocks.     It has  the ( H )  stamped into it  and has 5 flat head rivets  per blade.  Still in the GM box.    SEE pictures.
