This universal heel lift is suitable for various shoes but not all shoes/trainers.
We would advise checking prior to ordering if you are unsure if they are suitable.
They are best suited for high heel shoes/trainers to allow for the feet to be raised.
The shoe lifts are simple & practical & provide a lift between 3-9cm by using the 4 insoles supplied.
Its designed to mould into the shape of your foot offering great comfort with the extra air bubble on the first insole.
If some shoes do not fit 100% perfectly, you can adjust and prune to the size according to your own needs.

Fitting Instruction:
Please check the image on listing to view the fitting diagrams.
Simply trim them using the lines on the bottom of the insoles to fit a variety of sizes.
You can add up to 4 layers of the insoles to adjust the height as required.
