We use dried bonito flakes caught at Makurazaki Port, the home of bonito flakes, and each piece is carefully finished. It can be easily cooked with a knife or peeler, and can be enjoyed as a delicious snack with sake by removing the dashi, topping it, or shaving it a little thicker. We do not use any additives, and use traditional manufacturing methods to bring out the flavor of the ingredients.
