This pot is made by Tokoname Sanko. These pots are very desired world wide and it’s been a while since I’ve had any in stock. Nice to have some again.

Usually they make a different sort of style.

No cracks.

May be a few small size chips I point out in the pictures.

My guess is 30-40 years old as a minimum.

-little wobble as per usual for bag shape pots. Stunning design. Also, first one I saw hand signed. Really cool. Usually it’s just the kiln stamp. And usually they have some sort of dynamic design. This is basic. Beautiful shape pot and nice heavy thick walls. I really like this one.
