When will my item be sent?

Items will be shipped within one working day. Late purchases on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Do you provide Tracking?

All our parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Tracking information is uploaded to your order when the items are dispatched.

Can you provide a VAT Receipt?

We CANNOT provide a VAT receipt as we are not VAT registered. However a normal receipt can be provided upon request.

Do you accept Returns?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Serial Numbers from items such as power tools & batteries are recorded and will be checked within any return process. Items must be unused and unopenedBuyers are responsible for return postage costs. We advise you to use a trackable service with signature upon delivery. 

 

Shipping Information

UK Shipping:

We use Royal Mail however larger or heavier items may be sent with Parcelforce. All items are sent within 1 working day from the date of purchase. Most parcels are delivered within 3 working days, however remote area’s (such as the channel islands) can take up to 5 working days. All packages are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.

International Shipping:

We use Royal Mail, DPD & Parcelforce as our international couriers (depending on the country). All items are sent within 1 working day from the date of purchase. Most parcels are delivered within 5-7 working days, however some deliveries can take up to 14 working days. All packages are tracked and will require a signature upon delivery.
