This is a scarce cylinder pre prohibition Sunny Brook Pure Food Whiskey hand blown decanter bottle with 1904 St.Louis World's Fair gold medals embossed....This round bottle is much harder to find than the normal Sunny Brook decanters. I believe it was a special bottle made right after the 1904 Worlds Fair to show off their gold medals awarded at the Fair......SUNNY BROOK THE PURE FOOD WHISKEY in bold cut engraved lettering with gold highlight...GRAND PRIZE ST.LOUIS 1904 on one gold painted medal...GOLD MEDAL 1904 with Eagle on another gold medal.....Hand blown in mold...smooth base...hand tooled tapered collar with ring....clear...round with straight sides....11"tall....Excellent condition with no chips or damage of any kind. A nice clean bottle outside; some light dust haze inside. Some of the gold gilt highlight in the lettering is worn, but still nice.....The Sunny Brook Whiskey brand was owned by ROSENFIELD BROS. & CO., CHICAGO, ILLINOIS; however the Sunny Brook distillery was on West Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky..
