The 1937 has a few places cut out of the book. Please see pictures. Aside from that, the pages look nice and the binding feels solid.

The 1938 directory is in excellent condition. There is some fading on the cover but the pages look amazing. Very clean and good color.

This is from my fathers personal collection. Before he passed he asked me to help sell these to help support my mom. He had close to 1000 telephone directories from all over the United States, so please bookmark my site if you are looking for any other directories. I will try to list several each week and there are so many it is going to take a while.
