HOW TO PREPARE: To make an herbal decoction (tea), add two teaspoons of dried herbs to 2 or 3 cups of water to a pot of boiling water and then simmer for 10 to 20 minutes. Let cool to a suitable drinking temperature. Add honey for the tea to be more effective. (Straining is not necessary for a stronger brew)
