This is frame was built up , ridden 2-3 miles at the most then dismantled. Frame set is basically new. I saw 1 small almost un noticeable scratch by the frame sticker( shown in pictures ) . Other than that frame has no issues. Steer tube was cut very long in case someone wants some more upright position.
