I have played this record and in my opinion the item is in:

VERY GOOD CONDITION: Vinyl has noticeable surface marks. Record has been looked after however there may be some audible surface noise in quieter moments. In spite of this it plays extremely well with no skips and the rating of VGC reflects the visual appearance.
