The softcover book measures approx. 11 by 8 ½ inches. The covers are in very nice shape, light scuffing and toning, small spot of color loss on front cover. The spine end has some very light wear and fading. The boards and corners are in good shape The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are good with some minor wear, creased corners and spotting, book is very nice and clean.
