The book measures approx. 7 by 5 inches. The soft cover is good with some wear and staining, back cover is loose, front is almost loose, needs attention and repair, slightly dusty and dirty from long storage. The spine end has missing covering parts with fraying. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are bright and clean, staining on first few pages in front, edge staining on first third section of book, light wear and toning, book is nice. Shipping weight is 4 pounds.
