International Shipping & Duty Charges

Big Watch Shop  does not assess duties for international orders and they are subsequently subject to applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for details.

Return Information: Watch must be returned in the same condition it was shipped in, with all tags (unremoved) and original accessories included. If any damage or alteration is detected on the watch, the return will not be accepted or a partial refund will be made. Once the returned watch is received, its condition will be checked and the refund will be processed. If all conditions are met, the cost of the watch will be refunded. If the watch is returned for reasons other than a manufacturing defect a 20% restocking fee may apply to the cost of the returned watch.
