1. No more than 3 business days after payment has been received. 
2. All orders will have a tracking number sent via email or eBay message within 1 business day once the order has shipped.
3. Under most cases, we  only shipped to the 48 continental United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO are responsible for delivery surcharge.

ABOUT WARRANTY:

1. Readygo-autoparts warrants its parts to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of One YEAR from the date of sale to the buyer. Please keep your original purchase receipt. 
2. It does not cover labor, damaged from accidents, alterations, misuse or modifications not intended by the manufacturer. All warranty claims must be pre-authorized and returned prepaid to Gear up auto parts for inspection and approval.

1. Please compare the part with your original parts before installation to ensure that you have the correct part for your vehicle. Don't try to install if there is any obvious differ in size or appearance.
2. All returns must be applied with 30 days from date of the parcel is delivered. We accept returns only in "NEW & UNINSTALLED" condition. You need to have return authorization by contacting us prior to you return.
3. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable.
4. Damaged products will not be accepted for refund.
