Maintenance fees paid for 2024!  2 Bdrm Lock-off  sleeps 8, Week 12 which is third week in March. biannual maintenance fees of $1215.  The perks of this timeshare are you can just use the whopping  RCI 92500 pts for trading or you stay at Resort and enjoy Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios and many many other attractions.  Plus you have a bonus week each year for other Resorts at minimum price of under $500 and you can gift to friend .  We used pts to trade for places in US and Europe. We split up pts and were able to travel every year, and only pay maintenance fees biannual. With rising prices of hotels and rentals this is an amazing bargain.  It was purchased in 2007 , but with age I’m travelling less .
