How to use Tribulus

50 g are poured with 3 liters of water and boiled at a medium high temperature until the water remains half. Strain well and, after it has cooled, mix the strained tea with 5 tablespoons of brown cane sugar (optional). Take 1-2 teaspoons in the morning on an empty stomach.

In order not to spoil, the mixture is poured into plastic ice molds /bags/ and stored in the freezer, taking out one or two ice cubes every morning and mixing them with a little hot water, so that after melting the liquid is taken lightly warm or room temperature.
