This is a great piece of ephemera and one that I have not seen before 

As seen in the photos it comes in good but well used condition .

The item is a WW1 Repatriated Prisoner Of War certificate classed as a Protection Certificate and Certificate Of Identity

It was issued to A Hughes of the Worcestershire Regiment at the Warwick Records Office in Feb 1919 

This is a great item and It would would enhance any collection
