On offer is new old stock Parker REFLEX fountain pen in blue plastic, with dimpled section and chrome trim. The pen has a medium stainless steel nib and comes with 20 ink cartridges, also in their unopened packaging. The unopened packaging indicates the pen was manufactured at the Parker Newhaven plant. The Newhaven plant was closed in 2011 with production relocating to France. The pen is presented in the original unopened blister packaging. The pen is in unused mint condition. There are also 2 packets of 10 black Parker ink cartridges included with the pen in the unopened blister pack.
