Pair of 2 Antique 18-19th Century Facet Cut Wine Glass Goblets Gold Gilt Pastoral Scene
Very old gilded glass goblets in the 18th century style with slice cut chalices adorned with gilded pastoral scenes atop slice cut stems above a conical foot.

The tallest: 6 5/8" high with a 3 1/4" foot and 2 9/16" rim. Appears in very good condition with no nicks, chips or cracks. Rim and foot are smooth to the touch, and I don't see any repairs. There is wear to the rim gilding, but the gilt scene looks very good. Weighs 5.75 ounces.

The shortes: 6 5/16" high with a 2 3/4" foot and a 2 9/16" rim. There is a flea bite/fritting on the foot and I can't tell if it's been repaired or only polished. There is wear to the rim gilding and the gilt scene. Weighs 5.40 ounces.

These have been wiped off, they have not been washed or cleaned.

I am not a glass collector, so if I have failed to provide relevant information or photos, please message me and I will do my best to offer that information. I have described these to the best of my knowledge, and with information provided to me through my personal network.

"What is the purpose of buying vintage if you want it to look new?"

We do not clean vintage items and leave that to the discretion of the buyer. All vintage items will show signs of wear consistent with age, as should be expected.

We consider "vintage" to be 25+ years old (from late 1990's or before), and "antique" to be 100+ years old (from mid 1920's or before).

Please see all photos for complete description. My phone case is red and reflects as red/pink/orange in some photos. Pictures taken with and without flash.

All listings are sold as-is and all "reasonable" offers will be considered.
