Step 1: Remove the protective cover

Step 2: Tear off the seal tape

Step 3: Don’t touch the chip

Step 4: Insert cartridge into the correct slot

Step 5: To ensure the best printing result, please run nozzle check before printing. Please implement Nozzle Cleaning Process if problem on output quality.

Note: Cartridges are similar to the pictures. Sometimes there are differences due to different suppliers.

Note

1. When handling new ink cartridge,don’t touch the electrical contacts or print head nozzle on a cartridge.

2.Do not remove the electrical contacts except for the protective tape. Otherwise the machine will not work properly.

3.If the printer prompts "Low Ink" or "Empty" (or similar messages), you can click "OK", "Continue" or "√" to bypass the printer prompts and use the cartridge directly.

2. The note information on the order will not be viewed in a timely manner. If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact us via eBay message.

Shipping

1. We will provide you with free standard shipping on orders within the United States.

2. Free shipping does not include shipments to AK, HI, GU, PR, VI, PO BOX, military addresses/bases APO and FPO.

Returns

1. Full refund (excluding shipping costs) is available within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any defective or damaged item can be returned or exchanged within 60 days from the date of purchase.

2. The seller is responsible for return shipping costs for defective cartridges. However, we will not pay return shipping for items ordered in error. We will deduct the shipping cost of the incorrectly ordered item.
