Delivery

UK Standard delivery times are 2-3 working days. Orders placed before 3 pm Monday to Friday are generally dispatched the very same day except for bank holidays subject to cleared payment through PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

If you decide that an item is unsuitable, or you changed your mind, we are happy to offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is unworn, clean and free from odour, pet/fur and in their original condition with tags intact.

We recommend you return your package via recorded delivery through Post Office. Please keep Proof of Postage safe in case you need to use this as evidence of your return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund delivery charges or postage costs for items that are unsuitable or don't fit.
