Bell Hop is marked on the bottom MADE IN OCCUPIED JAPAN.  It stands approximately 4.5 inches tall and is beautifully handpainted.  This sat on a shelf for many years, along with a large Hummel collection I am currently offering up for sale.  There is some shelf dust, otherwise in superior condition.  I felt the new curator of this wonderful piece would like to clean it themselves.
