There are some loose “ends” as shown in the photos. Basket totally functions with them, the new owner could ‘cement’ them down if desired - perhaps with rubber cement or glue gun.

Perfect for sewing, knitting and even magazines.

Measures about 10 inches tall (plus handles), 14 1/2 inches long and 5 inches wide.
