This beautifully handcrafted coverlet was made from a kit from the Paragon Company. The kit was advertised in McCall’s Needlework and Craft Magazine in Winter 1948. Entirely hand, sewn, hand embroidered and appliquéd, and even hand quilted! It is in excellent condition, consistent with age and use. This pattern was exhibited in the international quilt museum in 20 14–2015.
