Please check the float ball in the second tank to see if it floats,Whether the floating ball floats is the criterion to judge whether the water tank is short of water ,because the water pipe is too slow to float the float ball, the humidifier decides it is short of water and shuts down.
Solution: add water to the tank where the float ball is located to make the water balloon float.
