1977-D Ike Mint Error Tilted Die Obv & Rev AU Coin #11.17.23A

This error generally occurs when the die is tilted striking the planchette. The unusual portion is that the same error took place on obverse and reverse. You can see the flatness of the one section versus the other section of the coin.
