Overall good condition used 1970s or 1980s vintage 1:12 scale doll house miniature bathroom furniture set. The sink cabinet shows the most wear with scuffing and wood separation at one corner. One cabinet door will not close all the way. It looks to be a manufacturing flaw as the upper hinge was afixed crookedly. Booth doors still open fine. There is adorable yellow & white gingham contact paper on the shelves. The contact paper is not glued down, so it can be removed if desired. There is a dab of glue on the back of the toilet seat, probably to keep the seat from falling forward, which it does. The toilet lid hinges do work, though. There is a strip of sticky foam tape and some tape residue on the backside of the toilet to keep it fixed in place against a dollhouse wall. The furniture is made of balsa wood and is very light weight. It looks a lot like the Concord set, but as there are no stickers, I can not say for sure. These were likely made in Taiwan, given the time period. See pictures for condition.
