These are wonderful for after operations, use in aged care nursing homes, as starter training bra for youngsters, lower-grade exercise movements or just for the pure joy of wearing them.
I even use them under my rashie top for swimming.
None of my Comfort Bras are a designated sports bra with super solid firmness to stop breasts bouncing around during really physical activity, although that can be nearly achieved if you can fit into the Small size if you a bigger breasted, or wear two together.
